i love the excitement of opening up the mail box to find a fun note inside. it sure beats the type of mail you can always count on: bills (yuck!). last weekend i spent a little time hand crafting a few thank-you notes to send out! this one is my favorite. made with recycled cardboard, stamps, and pretty papers.

The hubby and I were just talking about snail mail the other day -- he thinks e-mail is exactly the same and won't be sad to see physical mail become a thing of the past. I feel exactly the opposite! I've kept every single letter, note, card, I've ever received in my lifetime. I still have the letters you wrote me when we were children! There is nothing like a real, hand written with love, letter.
